The house is a beach themed 1200 sq ft Cape Cod. The two bedrooms and 1 bath, downstairs a loft and bedroom and half bath up, will sleep 8 guest comfortably in 6 beds. The second property the 'Little House' sits on the same property and sleeps 6 if you have a large group,book both homes! (listing number #13757853) We are located near Nickel Plate park, it is a large sandy beach. I provide everything for a relaxing visit. Full kitchen. linens, towels, beach towels and chairs. The space The home is great for a family beach vacation. You can walk to Nickel Plate Beach or drive to the park ($6 parking fee) Cedar Point is 11 miles east Lake Erie Island Ferry boats with in 30 miles Cleveland Airport 45 minutes drive Guest access The whole house is yours. The basement is not accessible. That is where my apartment is. I ensure your total privacy with separate entrances. I will not be entering the home at anytime during your stay unless maintenance or help is requested by you. Other things to note The driveway is shared with the Little House and has sufficient parking in the front of the house for 3 cars. Please keep the driveway clear so guests in the little house can pass. Non smoking indoors of any kind (vapes, bowls, candles) an extra cleaning fee will be assessed if you choose to smoke indoors. no pets please
