The space On Little Traverse Bay, 1.5 miles east of Harbor Springs in the Roaring Brook Resort area. Private beach. 1 queen bed in the bedroom on 2nd floor with in-room sink. There are 3 other bedrooms available on the 2nd floor. 1 shared full bathroom on the 2nd floor and 1 shared full bathroom on the first floor. This is a 118 year old house. No insulation, no heat, no AC; but heat/AC are rarely needed in June and July. In the cooler months we have electric blankets if you so desire. It is in a wonderful wooded area; there are birds, squirrels, spiders, etc. We do the best we can to keep nature outside the house, and are mostly successful.
