The space These cottages were originally built in the early 1900's with additions in the 40's. I find the wonky floors, creaking stairs & strange layouts charming, I hope you do too. Cypress Resort & Marine has a total of 6 cottages, boat slips, launch and an event hall for private parties. Please, NO PETS! Guest access The property has 480ft of sandy beach, picnic tables, floating piers, boat launch, men's & women's bathrooms with showers. Kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, life jackets, floaties and sand toys are provided at no extra cost. The Boat House is available to rent for private parties.
