I have 2 bedrooms that I rent out under separate headings. This bedroom is Golf, Wine and Casino's 2. The room has 2 extra long twins beds. TV, closet and chair. If you prefer one bed, a queen see my other listing (Golf Wine and Casino) The space The new Graton Rancheria Resort & Casino is 1.2 miles from my door. Sonoma State University and the world renowned Green Music Center a 5 minute drive. Wineries are close by from 20 min to Dry Creek Valley to 30 minutes to Napa. Giant Redwoods, Gorgeous Russian River, Bodega Bay all within 30 min. San Francisco is a 45 minute drive. For Golfers my home is located on the 16th hole of Foxtail Golf clubs North course and close to many other courses in Sonoma County. Hiking and bike trails and State Parks are all within a 15-20 minute drive. 24 Hr Fitness about 1.5 miles away. Guest access I have 2 bedrooms that are available, both upstairs rooms, priced separately. This listing (Golf, Wine and Casino’s 2) is set up with 2 extra long twin beds. There is closet and dresser space, a chair and also a TV in this room. The other bedroom listed as (Golf, Wine and Casino’s) is next door with a Queen Bed, closet space, chair, dresser m, and a desk. Kitchen privileges available upon request. Reservations MUST be placed separately to book both rooms. There are 2 bedrooms but one bath that would be shared if both rooms are reserved. During your stay I am a friendly and open person, there with information and any help you need but I prefer not to share my personal space, please treat my home as if you were staying in a very nice hotel. Other things to note I have a cat named Sam who will be sure you're just here to visit with him. I also have a Bernedoodle puppy he is 10 months old, very exuberant when he first meets you.
