Built in 1831, our inn is a completely restored Colonial Revival that retains the charm, grace of an era past, but updated with modern amenities. Fox & Bear Lodge is comprised of 8 lush guest rooms (all with their own gas fireplace), painstakingly restored to preserve the original character of the house, while at the same time delivering modern upgrades designed for our guests' comfort. Using kindness as their guide, Beekman 1802 was built, neighbor by neighbor, on the foundation that a community that works together is also happier, healthier, stronger together. We also provide coffee from 2 QUEENS COFFEE, roasted in Narrowsburg, NY in the heart of the Hudson Valley. Every batch of 2 Queens coffee starts with the best green beans hand selected by the founders and roasted to absolute perfection. Guest access Guests will receive a key to their room when checking in, as well as a unique code to open the front door so that guests can come and go as they please. We love well-behaved dogs (under 35lbs, 2 max), so feel free to bring them along for your getaway! If your pup is a bit on the larger side, reach out to us. We will review these requests on a case by case basis. We do charge an additional fee of $100/stay to help cover the costs of cleaning. We also ask that pups joining the trip are quiet and comfortable while unaccompanied in your room while you are out, so as not to disturb other guests.
