Amenities: pickleball court/racquets/balls, croquet, ping-pong, good sand for swimming, darts, kayak, two stand up paddle boards, games/puzzles, trampoline in the water, internet, parking for four cars. Fully furnished kitchen. No washer/dryer. No television. NO central air conditioning. Two bedrooms have window AC units. MUST check regarding pets. The space Our home is very family friendly with books and games. Beautiful view of the lake and a nice big front yard. It is an older home and not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable. We provide beach and bath towels, as well as all bedding and pillows. Fully furnished kitchen. Futon and two pull out sofas on the first floor. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note You must ask before bringing a pet. No pets are allowed alone in the home unless they are crated. No pets on furniture. You must clean up after your pet. The front yard has fence on both sides but the property is NOT completely enclosed by a fence. Neighbors on both sides have dogs so you must be able to control your dog. No excessive barking. Must be completely house trained. If I find that your dog has messed in the house, you will be responsible for damages and clean up. No cats EVER.
