Less than a 5-min walk to Stony Beach, the Children's School of Science, the Martha's Vineyard ferry, the aquarium, restaurants, tennis, the wonderful library, Pie in the Sky, Coffee O, the Oceanographic Institute, the MBL, the Shining Sea bike path, and Woods Hole Market. A huge yard with room to relax and play. The space Our house is bright and airy. It's air conditioned, a rarity for a rentals on School Street. It's close to everything, but quiet enough to enjoy dinner outside or meditate in the secluded back yard. We just park the car and enjoy living life on foot. Guest access Everything except the garages. There are closets for your use, but we keep storage spaces under the roof eaves locked, and there is a locked owner's closet in the basement. Other things to note This is a year-round house. It is insulated and has both heat and air conditioning. On the Sunday morning of the Falmouth Road Race, School St. closes to traffic early, but opens as soon as all runners are off, usually by 10:30 AM. If you need to drive anywhere, plan to leave before or after the closing. Please check the race website for updated information. Buses drop off the runners along School St and they walk down Milfield St to the starting line.
