The location is not suitable for hosting parties and events. Our villa is surrounded by greenery, equipped with all comforts, extending over two floors. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room, equipped kitchen, large and bright living room with Smart TV LED 75, patio, veranda/dining area with garden view and pool. On the first floor there is a family suite( connected to the ground floor by an external staircase) for 3 people with 1 bedroom, kitchen-living room , bathroom, washing machine, sun terrace, covered veranda with garden view and pool, The house is equipped with photovoltaic and solar thermal system. Every room has a private bathroom and air condition. At your disposal a beautiful newly contracted salt pool, with relaxation areas ( gazebo, patio, veranda), practical wood-burning BBQ for your moments of conviviality, with innovative design and wood provided by us , wi-fi, private parking in the courtyard of the house. My wife Karina and I will be at your disposal throughout your stay, as we live in the basement, with our independent and separate entrance. Your privacy will be guaranteed and at the same time we will be happy to provide all the necessary support to make your holiday unforgettable. The cleaning service of the rooms will be carried out and included in the price (every 2 days by prior agreement on the times) the change of towels as needed and once a week changing the sheets. The maintenance of the pool and garden will be carried out every day (in the morning from 5:00 amto 8:00 am ) As required by law, the tourist tax to be paid in cash at the time of check-in, €1.50 per person per night, including children aged 14 and up, is only accounted for the first 7 nights of your stay. The outdoor spaces are video-veiled by CCTV cameras. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire property including the pool and garden.
