The spacious Victorian Penthouse is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a historic Victorian house. The house is nestled on a quiet tree lined street on the edge of the city. It is close to really good local restaurants and is only a mile from St. Louis's best attractions in Forest Park. The space The unit has been preserved and kept mainly original. The architecture boast 11ft ceilings, 10in baseboards, 5in trim, and a stately pocket door to give you an idea of the St. Louis charm. Please note that the pocket door can be closed transitioning the living room space into a private fourth sleeping area. The remarkably finished attic space can be either a secluded master suite or a space for a group of kiddos to have a sleep over depending on your needs. Guest access If you would like to prepare some meals in, you have a full kitchen at your finger tips with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee/tea pot, and everything you need to cook. Off the kitchen is a private balcony that you can check out the weather from to prepare for the days adventures. You can also have a sit down dinner in the dinning room or use that space to play board games or cards with the family. In the back you will have access to a small yard and one off street parking spot. You can also enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the very comfortable covered front porch. The front porch is shared with the lower unit, so you could also bump into fellow travelers there. Other things to note Guest will have Wi-Fi and cable television on three flat screens. You also have a private washer and dryer located on the third floor.
