Guest access Upon arrival, you have full access to the entire villa and property, as well as direct beachfront and estuary access to explore at your leisure. We do leave some personal food/drinks in the deep freezer and pantry area for when our family visits the villa; we ask that you please do not consume these items. Contrary to an inaccurate and false claim, our property has fresh water supplied from a nearby aquifer. We have cooking oil, salt and pepper, and some spices for guest usage, but please bring your own food and condiments. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped, with the exception of a full size oven. Other things to note Jorge, our caretaker, will be at your service to help during your stay. He can also help you source fresh local seafood and arrange tours of the mangrove (crocodile sightings!) or tubing in the estuary. Please be aware that our villa is located in a fairly remote location; if something breaks during your stay we unfortunately may not be able to fix it immediately, but you have our promise to do all that is possible to correct it.
