Spacious and comfy studio apartment in the basement of my home. Full kitchen with plenty of cookware to make meals in. Full bathroom. Comfortable Medium/Firm queen bed. Gas fireplace. Tv with Roku. Beautiful private backyard with fire pit, grill and summer yard games. Guest access Guests have full access of the basement and backyard. Completely private and separate entrances between myself upstairs and the apartment downstairs. The only space that is shared during stays would be the backyard. If I have any BBQs or family gatherings during stays I let guests know at booking but guests are welcome to join! Other things to note I live upstairs in a separate unit, with my pup, Paisley Ann. She’s very well behaved and loves meeting our guests! The air conditioner/heating system for the apartment is controlled by me upstairs. All effort is made to make the guest as comfortable as possible, Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall. A text request is all that's needed.
