This is a comfortable and very livable two level townhome within walking distance to the Old Village of St Simons, parks and the beach. Have a shared swimming pool. Only one mile to the beach and other convenient places to eat or shop. Have the basic supplies until you can get to the grocery store- coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, soap, detergent pods, etc. Pool hours 8:00am-9:00 pm. Sleeper sofa in the living room is available if needed. The space There is as assigned parking place for the townhouse and unassigned parking just a few steps away. Guest access You will be provided a unique entry code for you and your guests to use during your stay. Other things to note Greta is my partner in this enterprise and will be available to answer any of your questions. Children are welcome but unit is not child proof.
