This property is surrounded by a large wooded park and has a private swimming pool. The mansion and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved for you (no other tenants). A few unnecessary rooms will remain closed given the size of the house. The space The private swimming pool (10x5m + 5m) equipped with alarms, is ideal for children as it has 5 m of gently sloping beach with little water. They will be able to caress the two donkeys 'Polka' and 'Samba' of the property. The rooms are spacious. Other things to note Hiring only at the week or fortnight. Paunat is ideally located: 3 km from the river and 35 km from Sarlat, Bergerac, Périgueux and close to many tourist sites to discover: the National Museum of Prehistory (Les Eyzies), castles, prehistoric caves and medieval villages, without forgetting the excellent Périgord cuisine. Please note that the beds will be made upon your arrival. However, towels will not be provided.
