Our home is over 100 years old located on a creek in the heart of Hatteras Village. Several shops, restaurants, and the beach are within walking and biking distance. You can even kayak or paddle board to some of the shops and restaurants or just paddle out to the Pamlico Sound. Wake up, have some coffee on the back deck overlooking the creek, and venture out for a day at the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, relax, and still feel right at home, this is your place. The space Enjoy that home away from home feel while taking in a beautiful soundside view. Start the day with a relaxing cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the creek or maybe enjoy a short walk to the local bakery for breakfast. Take kayaks out during the day and bicycle around the village to some of the best restaurants on the island. Guest access We have a very spacious yard that is great for a game of Corn Hole! Guests can also get a better view of the sunset by taking the kayaks out for an evening paddle. During your stay Donnie and I are currently not living in Hatteras but we have left our home in good hands! Donnie's mom, Denise, is holding down the fort. She is also a Hatteras Island native! We love to socialize but we know that sometimes, especially on vacation, people just want some relaxation and privacy. Either way, we are here to help make you stay as relaxing as we can.
