Located on Baker Point lake front property, Lake Nebagamon WI. Eagle's Nest is a simple yet beautiful year round 2 bedroom home. Sleeps 4 in the bedrooms. It can sleep 6 with use of put blowup mattress. 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and a super comfortable Never-flat automatic blow-up mattress. The thermostat contols the fireplace, but expect no AC other that provided by the large sliders opening to the lake and fans in the rooms. This is not a fancy hotel, this is just our nice summer home. The space Note: The dock and boats are only available during summer rental rates. Same thing applies to the outside furniture and grill. This beautiful year round home is the perfect get away. The home is new but we have been on the property for 50 years and love every minute of it. Once you get a chance to stay here you will love it too. Sleeps 4, 6 with our fantastic portable mattress. Two bedrooms, Master includes a king sized bed, lake view and access to the deck overlooking the water and a huge yard. Second bedroom includes a Queen sized bed. Living Room includes a beautiful fireplace and also overlooks the water and opens to the deck. Kitchen has new appliances. New pots, pans, and cutlery. The full bath is just like the rest of the house, New! Huge yard and fire pit. Includes HDTV, Wifi, and nonexclusive use of the dock and fishing boat. The fishing boat is designated for priority use for Eagle's Nest and the canoe and kayaks are designated for priority use by Heritage. Make nice with Heritage guests and they may share the canoe and kayaks. Be aware this property is in the wild with all manner of wildlife. Help us keep the wildlife outside the home by keeping it clean and keeping screens closed during your stay. If something gets in the house let us know immediately. Guest access You will have access to the entire property with the exception of Heritage cottage, also for rent. Summer time use includes non exclusive use of the beach, fire-pit, dock, fishing boat, and canoe. Other things to note Baker Point has a shallow sand bar that runs a hundred yards out into the lake. This makes it ideal for kids to play in the lake as well as the best fishing on the lake. Although we have a fishing boat it rarely gets used. We usually just walk out in water casting or fly fishing off the edge of the sandbar towards the deep on both sides. Nebagamon is not known for biggest fish but does seem to have a lot of 1 to 5 pounders. There is a dock with space for one extra boat. Must be shallow bottom with tilting outboard motor due to the shallow docking area. Boat trailer may be parked in the side yard and boat loading is available in the Village of Nebagamon loading area.
