Set back from dead end road, in scenic Glenford, less than 10 minutes from Woodstock New York. Numerous hiking trails and the Ashokan Reservoir are minutes away. Tastefully decorated, the house has 2 bedrooms and a separate artist studio/bedroom. The space This space is an artist haven, a home and a retreat for spiritual practice. It blends french country style with a parisian flare. It is quiet, and filled with birds, a hammock for resting, and has a lovely peaceful garden to enjoy fresh veggies and beautiful flowers. It also houses an amazing collection of books and cd's. The master bedroom has a double bed for single or couple. There is also a meditation room downstairs that can accommodate a single person. Finally, the studio has very comfy queen size futon for a couple or single person. Total : 4 people only please. Guest access This is a great area to walk or go for runs (great for your dog if you have one, it is welcome).. lots of hills if you like a challenge. Please note: only one dog is allowed. It is 10 min. outside of Woodstock, where there are a plethora of wonderful restaurants, galleries and social gatherings.
