PRIVATE ENTRANCE! Your space is the basement, which is very large.....you will feel as if you have an entire home to yourselves (minus a kitchen). Large window wells let in lots of light. Great for a couple or 2 friends. Only 4 blocks to downtown. The space The basement area can be considered a Suite with 2 beds (2 FULLS) in the large space that also includes a large flat screen TV. The bathroom has a shower/suana with some amenities provided. There is a separate room with a table and chairs. Microwave oven, coffee pot, electric water kettle and a small refrigerator are provided. Guest access You will have the downstairs to yourself with just one room blocked off. During your stay We will be available most hours at the time of your stay. Other things to note You are in the heart of ski country and the outdoors. Ski Cooper is a wonderful ski resort 7 miles from Leadville and the Nordic Center is located in the adjacent area. There are other ski areas such as Copper Mt., Vail and Breckenridge between 25 and 45 miles away. Excellent trails are everywhere for the cross country skier. In the summer there is hiking, biking and fishing all close by and rafting companies a short drive away. Huge bonus, the summer weather is fabulous!
