All bedrooms are well appointed. A breakfast buffet of fine home-cooked fare is included daily. Attic floor is rented out as a complete unit (two bedrooms and a bathroom). The space This 120 year old Victorian is in the center of Narrowsburg, minutes from the Delaware River, and has charm in abundance, with original oak floors and chestnut wood-furnished pantry. In the summer enjoy the ambiance from the swing chair on the front porch or one of the deck chairs in the back yard. Daily breakfast buffet includes oatmeal, toast, homemade preserves, scrambled eggs and local smoked trout. Included in the stay is a 20 percent discount for nearby One Grand Books, where every book is handpicked by a luminary. Guest access Guests get to have top floor to themselves (two rooms and a bathroom), and can use the kitchen to make snacks, etc; owner will be present, but will keep a low profile and will be out during the day. Other things to note Please note that the house is not suitable for young children, and that there is a cat on the premises. Her name is Freckle. While there is no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
