Our listing is a ground floor flat, situated in Naranji Street which is just 10-15 mins (max) drive from the Suva City. Spacious Living room for the kids to play around, Open Kitchen with cooking amenities, Fridge, Washing Machine, Indoor parking, Air Conditioned Rooms and Fully Alarm Secured Compound makes it perfect for a small family of 4 or 5 members. The space The flat is quite spacious and offers a large bedrooms (Please note: No Master Bedroom) Living Room: ~ Has 3 Couches in which can carter 5 people comfortably. ~ Has a coffee table - Has a cable tv with local channels (please note, no Netflix) ~ Has a Dining Table in the corner with 5 chairs. ~ Has plenty of space in the other side of the living room where kids can freely play around while parents and other guest can have their own chat and still keep a watch at the kids. Room 1: ~ Has two beds, one double size and one single size bed. ~ Has large wooden wardrobe which is designed for suitcases. Guest can also hang their clothes as hangers are provided. ~ Has a large mirror with a small light on top of the mirror for better visibility. ~ Has Air Con and also has large secured windows for the cool breeze. ~ Has Ironing Board and Iron Room2: ~ Has a double size bed ~ Has large wooden wardrobe which is designed for suitcases. Guest can also hang their clothes as hangers are provided. ~ Has Air Condition ~ Has a large mirror with a small light on top of the mirror to help guest get ready for their functions. Kitchen's counter top is where the guest prefer having their breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our Open Kitchen consists: ~ Pots, pans, serving dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, spoons, forks, knife and other basic cooking utensils. ~Stove ~ Fridge ~ Microwave ~ Toaster ~ Kettle ~ Complimentary coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt and milk is provided upon arrival. ~ Has 4 Bar Stools ~ Due to it being open kitchen, Parents who are cooking can comfortably keep a watch on their kids while they play in the spacious area of the living room. [Please note: we only provide cooking utensils. The guest has to get their own grocery] The Compound : ~ is fully alarm secured so you can comfortably leave your belongings and go out to meet your friends and families ~ has a sitting table with 4 chairs to enjoy the breeze and have morning and afternoon tea. ~ Has a pull up and dip station. Washing Clothes: ~ We have a Washing Machine located outside the flat which is on 24/7 for the guest to use whenever they want too. Please note that we have another flat on the same property and other guest will use the washing machine as well, thats why it is situated outside the flat. ~ The guest will have their separate clothes line to dry their clothes. During rainy days, the guest can use the indoor clothes line. Shower: ~ Has hot water system ~ The flat has a washing tab in the bathroom along with the shower and a hand basin with a mirror. Parking ~ Parking space is available. Guest access Guest are most welcome to enjoy our home as much as its their home. They can access the entire compound. A pull up station and a dip station in the backyard, which the guest can access anytime they want (A pic of the pull up, dip station along with the backyard is in the photo section). Other things to note - We have wooden floor on top, hence guest will hear foot steps. It's not something that we got complains of, but we just like to be as transparent as we can so guest can make a better decision while choosing their accommodation. - We are strict on visitors. Only the guests who booked are allowed on the property.
