This unit is 'All New' in 2018 (construction and amenities). Our 'end-of-the-road' location is secluded, quiet and peaceful yet only a 5-10 minute drive to attractions (optional tours, downtown Garapan, shopping, casino, beaches). The best of both worlds! The space The unit has step-free access. The bed is queen size and the sofa bed is a full size fold out. Coffee table may serve as workspace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric two-burner cooktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, frying pans, soup pot, plates, coffee mugs, beverage glasses, eating and cooking utensils, knives, can opener, chopping board and plastic storage containers. The refrigerator comes with water containers. We provide dishwashing liquid and stove top cleaner too. The Saltwater Pool: Since it requires no chlorine to be added, there is no chlorine odor, no eye stinging, no skin irritation, and no bleached bathing suits. Full bathroom with hot water heater for shower and bathroom faucet, also with ample storage space for toiletries. Guest access Guest room is of course exclusively for guest. The pool area is adjacent to your guest room and is a common area (or shared area) with the main house. Should you request exclusive use of the pool at a certain time, it is often a request we can arrange. Other things to note As a small island, Saipan can occasionally experience power outages. Usually for routine maintenance, the power company may schedule an outage that normally last no more than one hour. Unforeseen outages may also occur but again an hour or so is normally the duration of outage. When weather systems that reach 60mph hit Saipan, the power company will shutdown the power for safety - until winds subside. In the case of these extended outages, we do have a generator protocol (that allows for power in the guest room) after some setup time.
