This private home in Paradise Valley is a convenient base for your Yellowstone adventures! 30 min. to Yellowstone National Park, 15 min. to Chico Hot Springs, 10 min. to Old Saloon & Sage Lodge, 25 min. to Yellowstone Hot Springs, and just minutes from the Yellowstone River and Gallatin National Forest. We've embraced the home’s colorful features to create a casual, fun, and comfortable space. Bring the family to this spacious dog-friendly home for recreation, rest and retreat. The space Our home is located in the rural hills of the South Glastonbury community in Emigrant, MT with amazing views of the surrounding mountain ranges. The home is single level with a bright and spacious great room with sofabed/futon. It has three bedrooms each with a Queen-size bed. The master suite has a soaking tub in the private bathroom. There is also an office with a desk, office chair and small futon. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure! The outdoor decks are a great place to relax and enjoy the views and night sky. There is an outdoor blackstone griddle— available for guest use. We ask that guests care properly for the griddle. There is a fenced backyard area with 4ft shadowbox fence. Guests traveling with pets are asked to clean up the backyard after their pets. The house is built on a hill, and the entry steps to the front door from the driveway are rustic and uneven— they are made of stone and landscape timber with no railing. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few locked areas where we store personal items. The garage and two closets are not available for guest use. However, there is ample closet space and dressers available in each bedroom for guest use. Other things to note The home can accommodate up to 8 guests including children. It is not set up for infants/toddlers, you would need to bring appropriate supplies if you are traveling with toddlers or infants. Our home is dog-friendly for up to 2 furry canine guests. You'll drive a couple miles on un-paved gravel roads to access our home. There are several stairs from the driveway to the front door which are rustic. The house is built on a hill, and the steps are uneven— they are made of stone and landscape timber with no railing. WINTER: Note that in rural Montana snow fall can be unpredictable and rural roads and driveways can accumulate snow & ice. If you are visiting in the winter, we would recommend an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle to avoid getting stuck and safely driving on mountain roads. Some of the main roads and highways are plowed -- but most others are not.
