**FULLY DECORATED FOR THE HOLIDAYS!** Just north of downtown, located in the center of Dickinson, this newly remodeled home boasts plenty of natural light, rustic chic decor, and a great backyard with a brand new hot tub. Located about half a mile from the interstate makes for a quick easy trip to Medora, the gateway to the south unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Medora is also home to the famous Medora Musical, Bully Pulpit Golf Course, Maah Daah Hey Trail, and Sully Creek State park. The space The upstairs master bedroom has a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed. The rooms downstairs include a king bed, full over queen bunk bed, and an additional airbed, if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything and more you may need to cook meals. In the back yard you will find a gas grill, patio set and furniture, and a brand new 6 man hot tub. Please, no glass in the hot tub. Please note, while the back yard does offer much privacy, is not completely fenced in. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement available for use! Other things to note More than 6 guests must be approved with an additional fee of $40/person/day. Adult dogs who are house-trained are allowed upon approval for $30/dog/day. I will send a request for the dog fee after you book. Dogs cannot be on the furniture, left alone in the house, and must be picked up after. No cats. No parties. Please remove shoes upon entry and treat everything with respect.
