During this time, we require a three nights stay*** The space The private aprtment is the front unit of a three-unit building, you have exclusive use of the entry, hallway, bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet. You have a private entry to your private unit that you and only you use to enter the building. This is NOT a shared unit. The unit sits on a cul de sac and is very quiet This area has very low crime and it is mostly retired military homeowners that neighbor the property. Guest access Your private unit and private bathroom are yours exclusively. Other things to note ***Please note this update for parking***We have space in the driveway for three cars side by side and their are three guest rooms within the property. There is no assigned parking so the driveway may be full upon returning to the property. In that event, please park within the nearby cul de sac adjacent to the house. As well, there is limited space to park large trucks with after market suspension equipment, mudding tires, oversized aerial antennas, trailers, boats or jet skis--please re-consider booking your reservation based upon any of these circumstances applying to your travel plans or vehicular size. Please we must limit parking to one vehicle per guest room.
