3-br house in Syracuse w/fast Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome!
Cozy 3-bedroom brick house with all the amenities. Three comfortable queen beds and a kitchen with cookware, cutlery, utensils and spices. TV, cable, WIFI, AC, washer/dryer, etc. Dogs are permitted... and treats are provided... just please be sure to leave your dog's name and species/breed in the guestbook. :) The space This is a classic brick house (ca. 1900) with wood floors and trim, and simple lights and blinds. It has been outfitted with modern conveniences including TV, wifi, etc. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are clean and more "practical" than "luxurious". All three bedrooms are on the second floor. Each has a comfortable queen bed. There is a small backyard with a little patio suitable for grilling. The dining room is quite nice and has a lot of character. There are paintings of Syracuse by Cuban artist Sanlly Viera on the walls of this room. Pets are welcome (though large dogs may feel cramped), and the backyard has a waist-high fence to keep them in. There is a driveway which is two cars wide. You can probably squeeze in a third car. There are no cameras inside the house. (There are cameras around the outside of the house.) Overall, we hope you will find the place to be cozy, comfortable, convenient and affordable. Guest access As a guest, you will have the whole house to yourself. On the first floor are the entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath. On the second floor, you have three bedrooms, a sunroom/enclosed porch and a full bath. Laundry is in the basement. Other things to note As a side note, five generations of my family have lived here at one time or another. Among those who lived here are my uncle, Dutch Dotterer, who was a major league catcher (he once hit a grand slam against Sandy Koufax), and his son Michael Dotterer, who won a super bowl with the LA Raiders and is in the Stanford Hall of Fame for both football and baseball. My father and grandfather, who also lived in the house, were also involved in professional athletics and are included in the "Wall of Fame" at the local baseball stadium, which is just down the road.
