You are allowed to park overnight on Pikes Peak Ave for free! Parking on S 25th street is metered but no overnight is allowed. The public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, but no overnight parking is allowed there either. Other things to note 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels!
