The space One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the first-floor while the other three bedrooms and bathroom are located on the second floor. Unique to the Cape Cod style, are those charming narrow/steep steps which are featured in this building to get to the second floor. This is a 5-14 night minimum during shoulder and peak season. Guest access The Farmhouse consists of a studio apartment in the lowermost part of the building. This is a separate rental unit occupied by other guests. If you would like to add this apartment to your rental we would be happy to let you know if it is available for your dates. This rental would add an additional full bed, full bath, small living room and small kitchen. The Farmhouse has full access to a basement with washer dryer, first floor and second floor. The Farmhouse also has a patio with tables and chairs, as well as a shared backyard with another rental unit further back on the property and a shared parking area. Other things to note This property is normally a 5-21 night minimum in the shoulder and peak season. Saturday to Saturday during peak season, July - August. Please inquire about the possibility of less nights during non peak season by messaging us.
