This is a beautiful 3 beds room 2.5 bath beach side charm that sleeps 6 comfortably! Just a short walk to the worlds most pristine beaches, or a short walk to the lake access where you can fish off the pier and both are within 150 yards approximately. Also, you can walk/bike to shops, dinning and live music of Rosemary Beach. Also you can drive 4 minute down to Camp Helen State park where you can jet ski, rent kayaks, and canoes, and go to lake or gulf on them. The space The house is located a short walk from all the new shopping in Inlet Beach. Also, it is a short walk to the beach or lake. The house is also decorated and a very beachy design. Guest access - Parking There is parking allowed in driveway for 3 cars. Parking on street or side walk is not allowed. There is extra parking space by the the mail boxes. Other things to note - Must be 25 years or older to rent. - Pet Restriction Not all dogs allowed. Please specify the breed of the dog. Additional Pet Fee will be charged. plus tax which can be included as a special offer. Guest must comply with the following: all restrictions and rules regarding pets must be complied with at all times. Guest is responsible for any damage to the home and common areas of the home caused by the pet. Guest must manage his/her pet, including immediately cleaning up after it in and the common areas of the home, excessive noise is not allowed. We may terminate the stay early if Guest violates these rules or refuse to comply.
