Built and titled in 1889, the Alpine House has southern charm and hospitality in spades. For the past 6 years, the Alpine House has seen hundreds of families and couples enjoy her warm beds, beautiful sunsets, and homelike atmosphere. The space Central air and heat for both upstairs and downstairs. Exterior: wrap around porch, screened-in back porch, gazebo, side porch, carport, patio seating, bluff view deck & swing. On the first floor: dining room, living room, kitchen, pantry, office, bluff-side bedroom, and a day-bedroom in the back. On the second floor: pantry, and three bedrooms. Two bluff-side bedrooms and one backside bedrooms. Guest access Garden, kitchen, living room, a pantry on both floors. Pantry includes: coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. Washing machines and dryers on both floors. In the front two bedrooms upstairs there are water jet jacuzzis. Other things to note We have a Ring brand security camera that covers the side entrance of the house. This is the only camera on the property and it only views the exterior of the property.
