The kitchen is well-equipped- with service for 12+, ample pots and pans, and a coffee maker, dining room seats 12 with space for more, wet bar, TV room, and oversized living room. Grill available to guests. The downstairs has central air conditioning, the bedrooms have individual air conditioners. Guest access Entire half of the house and the front porch, parking for 4 cars, the frog pond, and driveway side of the yard. 2 acre yard. Other things to note The house is not suitable for guests who are challenged by climbing stairs as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor. $400.00 security deposit $175.00 cleaning fee.
