Our limited number of rooms allows a calm and relaxing environment. Our guest can enjoy our garden and mountains and temples' view from our 360% roof top. It is the perfect place to explore our Newar living heritage as well as Kathmandu valley main attractions: average of 20 minutes to Kathmandu Durbar square, 25 minutes to airport and Pashupatinath temple, 30 minutes taxi drive to Boudhanath. Other things to note Our family lives in Old Patan for many generations. After 2015' s earthquake, we decided to build a new and safe home for our family and our guests. Our vey rich Newar culture means a lot to us so we decided to build our place in keeping with traditional Newar architecture. We called our place Timila which means "bright moon" in Newar as our roof top is ideal to observe the sky at night!
