The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: all utensils (including glasses, glasses, etc.), bed linen, towels. Everything new and of good quality was bought for itself. The distance to the sea is 5 minutes with a calm step. The house is located in a prestigious residential area, near the supermarkets Migros and others, twice a week market, where you can buy all the necessary vegetables, fruits and other products. Perfect place to relax If necessary, we can assist in organizing the transfer. The cost depends on the length of stay: from 15 to 30 days - 30-36 euros/day. For stays of more than a month, the conditions are negotiated separately. Electricity and water are paid by the meter. Additionally, 1 full cleaning of the apartment is paid - 40 euros.
