This is a budget friendly option for a person or a couple to stay in. The property has keyless entry and self checkin and self checkout. It’s a private bedroom in an apartment of 2 other rooms. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and a dining area for everyone to share! It’s mostly quiet and people keep it to themselves. Our quiet hours start from 10 PM & ends at 8AM. Please have realistic expectations as this apartment and your room will include the bare minimum things for a stay and nothing fancy. The kitchen and all its pots and pans are for you to use. The dining table can also be used, but please do not leave any personal belongings in the common areas of this house. Guest access Guests will have access to one parking spot in the driveway, and the entire apartment except for other guests' rooms. Note: If you have more than one car, street parking is always available. If there aren't too many cars in the driveway, and you want to use a space, please contact the host. Other things to note The private rooms are cleaned for every guest. However, we do not clean the common areas everyday. The common areas are cleaned around once a week. The guests, including you, are required to keep the common areas cleaned as used. Please book accordingly as this is a shared space.
