The space The Catskill Mountain Barn Home is private and secluded overlooking the Delaware River yet close to all local amenities. Being only 5 minutes from Downtown Callicoon and simple hop, skip and jump away from State river access. Our home has an open air, outdoors in vibe with loads of natural light, featuring a very spacious rustic style living space between kitchen and living room. 3 fireplaces; one in kitchen / living room, one in master bedroom and last but not least on the huge exterior deck making late night camp fires perfect. Right outside, you'll find eagles flying high, a beautiful manicured yard and mature forests lined with over 3 acres of hiking trails. The kitchen showcases bluestone countertops, exposed log beans, and stonewalls. Has all your cooking appliances, utensils, pots, pans, cups, plates and bowls. Our home is wheelchair accessible with a queen size bedroom, full bathroom with wide 36” doors and slide in shower on the first floor with access ramps to the front door. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with walk in closets, and full bath with tub. The master bedroom features an exterior deck from two fench slides, fireplace and sitting couch. A full 2 car garage with an additional bathroom grants you easy access to rinse off after a lazy day on the river. Laundry room with washer and dryer also included. Other things to note -arrive at your leisure with key code door entry access -we supply your first roll of toilet paper, hand towels, bottled water and ice -please supply your own dish and body soaps -kitchen is supplied with cookware, cooking and eating utensils. BBQ grill with utensils. -there is an additional $50 pet fee. Please let us know prior to your stay and signs of undisclosed pets will be charged accordingly. getting here is easy, leaving may be a totally different story.
