When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one queen bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway! The space This unique apartment allows you to have your own space and enjoy the country lakeside setting. You will have a quiet outdoor sitting area overlooking the lake and fields. There is a full kitchen including everything you need to prepare a meal. The spacious queen bedroom has a roomy closet, and a full bathroom with a walk in rain head shower. The living area has a futon that can be converted to a bed. There is a TV with a HDMI cord that you can plug your phone into (No cable service or WIFI). Apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, and has central AC and heat. Guests can walk from the back deck right down to the lake where you can enjoy fishing if you would like. Guest access Guests have a private drive onto the property and private entry. Guests have access to the surrounding field where the barn is located and the lake beside the barn. Fishing poles are provided.
