Island central chill vacation spot! This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home has an efficiency "mother-in-law" or "adult children" cottage in the back. The house sleeps 6 and the cottage sleeps 2. The property is located in the center of Dauphin Island within walking distance to churches, the bakery, convenient stores, and restaurants. There is parking for 3 cars. Come and enjoy a beach vacation with the whole family. The Double Dolphin houses do not accommodate children under 2. The space Two homes for the price of one! There are comfortable accommodations for up to eight people total. 6 in the front house with a full kitchen and 2 baths, and 2 people with a full kitchen and one bath in the cottage. There are 4 public beaches and the nearest one is just under a mile away. We give you parking passes that let you access several streets on the west end for free. There is a bike & walking trail just a block from the house that goes the length of the island and bikes can be rented to enjoy the weather and the sights. Guest access You'll have the entire property including both buildings to yourself! Other things to note We love visitors! Come, stay, and play! The island does have some neighborly rules that we love to share. *Dauphin Island App. This will keep you informed of all the happenings on the island during your trip. * Quiet hours are 9 pm - 7 am. * Pick up after pets and have them on a leash at all times. * Trash pick up days are posted in the house. On Tuesday and Friday evening, please place the trash can on the street curb and return it the next day. * Only 3 cars are allowed on the property. If you have more than that they can be parked one block away at our town Green Park. * No fires on the property. *No smoking or vaping. *No bad days: life is good!
