This is one of three rooms I rent. It has a queen and a twin bed, dresser, closet, television, and an individual ac unit/heater for personal, seasonal comfort. I have an inside/outside cat, but he does not have access to the rooms I rent. The rooms do not have a private entrance or private bathroom. ALL THE COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED WITH ME. This home has plenty of charm and space for a night, weekend or extended vacation. The space This room and mine are located on the second floor. There is a large foyer with seating, a living room, dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms; all shared with me and other guests. The yard has numerous fruit trees, a fire pit, herb beds and plenty of room for outdoor activities or lounging in a variety of seating areas. The Dylan James has a queen bed and a twin. It is located at the end of the hall with a view in front the house. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub/shower and the downstairs bathroom has a shower. Additionally, there is a large yard and decking with seating to accommodate numerous people. Guest access The living spaces inside and outside are shared; kitchen, dining and living areas, outside seating as well as the bathrooms. Jack is an inside/outside cat who prefers to be outside in good weather and does not have access to the private rooms. During your stay The rooms do not have a separate entrance or private bathroom. I engage in friendly interaction with guests while respecting their individual space. Other things to note This charming house, the local culture and surrounding mountains are one of a kind. Sharing the house with me offers a unique experience you wouldn't get in a hotel or condominium. This area has a strong sense of community, and this house reflects that within. I keep the house clean and orderly but lived in.
