Great 2-3 bedroom townhouse with views- near Grand Teton National Park and ten minutes north of the town of Jackson Hole. Two full bedroom plus additional loft bedroom connected by a full staircase off of the 2nd bedroom. Views of the Grand Teton from almost all windows and decks and patios. Very quiet house and comfortable with fully stocked kitchen. Marble counters and all new appliances . Empty closets in each room and empty bureaus so plenty of space to unpack. No pets -an HOA rule. The space Great views from almost every window of the Grand Tetons including views of the Grand from the large living room and the master bedroom. Large TV in living room with full cable and also a small tv in the master bedroom with cable. Also all new stainless steel appliances, new carpet, new quartz counters and fully stocked kitchen. Please note that the third loft bedroom is located off the 2nd bedroom and ideal for children. Each of the 2 bathrooms are upstairs attached to each of the 2 main bedrooms, so the loft has no bathroom but shares the bathroom with the 2nd bedroom. Parking allowed for one car if owner is in residence in the back or 2 cars only if owner is out of town. So please inquire if bringing more than one car to see if owner can accommodate or not. Also note that pets , even service animals which must be allergy free, must be pre approved by owner's townhouse association board and service papers must be sent well in advance of booking as board has a $500 dollar fine for unauthorized pets. Guest access Entire house- see below about emotional support dogs please, if you have one. Other things to note IF you are thinking of bringing a 'service animal" with papers- I will need to know before hand and also get it approved by my property board and also make sure it does not upset my own allergies which are severe. My condo board has strict rules against renters bringing dogs and I can get assessed a 500 dollar fine that would be passed to the renter. I would have to pre-approve with my townhouse condo association and you would have to fax me the service papers before hand. Thank you Other Rules, 2 cars depending on if owner is in residence or not in a separate back unit. Quiet hours are between 10PM and 7 Am as this is a very quiet townhouse association with strict quiet hours.
