You will find on the ground floor a comfortable living room with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 4 gas hob, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes and cooking utensils). a bathroom and a separate toilet Upstairs, 2 neat and fresh connecting bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, as well as a separate toilet The cottage opens onto a large garden and the woods. The open swimming pool (from but to September) of 11x6 is 2 steps away and offers you its freshness and relaxation area, it is open to holidaymakers from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Children must be accompanied by an adult for access to the pool). a shared laundromat on request, with laundry, ironing board with iron is available to guests. As well as a little away, a space dedicated to children's games, slide and swings (under the responsibility of the parents). The Domaine de l 'Homme forms with the home of the owner and its 3 cottages a harmonious set on a land of 10000 m² hilly, surrounded by vineyards and woods. The view of the countryside is superb and relaxing. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property outside of the host's private home. Access to the cottage is completely independent. Guest arrivals must be between 17:00 and 22:00 . Departures must be made at 11:00 am. Other things to note On request we provide free baby cot and high chair. Basic cleaning products are provided (sponges, dishwashing products, floor products, etc.). Prices shown include the rental of sheets and towels, tourist tax, water, electricity and gas. For your comfort, the beds will be made before your arrival in our cottage. Possibility of smoking outside. Loud music is not allowed. No cleaning products should be introduced into the toilet, no hygienic protection, no condoms, nothing but toilet paper. (Toilet with septic tank). Linens (towels, sheets) are included in the cottage rentals. on request, a washing machine is available to all vacationers in the collective laundry room. The presence of pets is not allowed.
