You will be sure to see the beautiful wild life all year round and lake within walking distance. Our home is perfect for a small group - no more than 6 guests. Amenities in summer include: Bar/Restaurant, Volley ball area, Beach, Lake, Play ground, and swimming pool all in walking distance. The space What is unique to our space is location only one house closer then us to all the amentities. You can walk to everything. We also have hot tub in enclosed room so no need to worry about the weather. Our house is 1,075 sqft and perfect for a group of 6 or less! Keeping in mind the house only has one bathroom. Our home has that lake house feel you will enjoy and want to come back again and again! Guest access This is entire home rental so nothing is not accessable. Other things to note I have lock box with key available for your check in, you will receive code just before check in. Pool & Lake hours 2025: Memorial Day weekend the pool & lake will open for swimming Saturday, Sunday & Monday 11am-6pm. Then only weekends until Fathers Day (June 16th) After this date the pool will be open everyday 11am-6pm until Labor Day (September 2nd) The development does not allow guests to buy or drink alcohol at the clubhouse. No kayaks allowed in lake. Fishing allowed with fishing license. The development offers paddle boats for rent on beach. 6/16/25-9/2/25 only. Wristbands and car passes must be used when entering community amenities. These passes will be given on day of check-in. We supply 5 towels only. We only supply ONE paper towel roll & two toilet paper. If you think you need more please bring your own! We do NOT supply any coffee for drip coffee maker or Keurig coffee maker. Please bring your own body/hair soaps
