Adventure, relaxation, peace and solitude await you at our newly renovated home with views and sounds of the waterfront-w/screened in porch-perfect after a busy day of activities. Our place is warm and inviting with all the conveniences of home. Have an evening bonfire, relax under the stars, walk down to the river, listen to the nighttime calls of frogs, toads, crickets and whatever else may stop by for a visit! No crowds yet only +/- 15 minutes to Littleton and 35 minutes to Lincoln/Woodstock. The space 2 bed/1.5 bath on 2+ acres with Connecticut River and mountain views. Waterfront access via a careful hike through the backyard down to the river for relaxing and maybe even some strategic fishing. Queen (1), twin (2) and queen pull-out sofa for sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen for meals big or small. Grassy area for outdoor play or space to roam. Wooded areas with downhill slope as you approach the riverfront. Public boat launch is just down the road as is the bridge over to Vermont! Minutes from the Corridor Trail System for snowmobiling and plenty of space to park your trailer! Our pontoon platform is finally in place! Using the waterfront, including the pontoon dock, and swimming, fishing, tubing, or hiking is 100% at your own risk and you and all your guests assume full liability for your activities. Guest access We have 2.2 acres with waterfront access to the Connecticut River. Please stay on the path provided, respect the privacy of our neighbors and enjoy our space, not theirs, unless invited. Everyone is super friendly so you just might receive an invitation. We are not liable for your hiking on the property or using the riverfront (including the newly added pontoon dock) for swimming, fishing, tubing, etc. Doing these activities on our property is at your own risk and is completely safe with proper precautions. Watch where you’re walking and enjoy all the wonders of our space. It’s smart and safe to wear a life jacket whenever deciding to use this water feature-it is a river. Fresh eggs available for your own home cooked breakfast, when available, by request only. Other things to note Our home comfortably fits 6 people, including children. Our home is not child-proof, so consistent supervision is a good idea. We do not allow large gatherings or parties. We have some games, puzzles and books available for your enjoyment during your stay. Snacks in the kitchen are there for your enjoyment and will vary based on season and availability. No shoes inside the home, absolutely no pets, no smoking, no parties, and no gatherings allowed. Note: It is within our right to ask for a security deposit prior to your stay.
