The house was built in 1842 and the upstairs apartment was completely renovated in February 2019. Guests will have access to the entire second floor with a locked private entrance. New appliances and plenty of kitchen tools for the home chef. There is a completely renovated bathroom with its spa like walk-in rain shower. Guests may enjoy the 55 inch Smart TV. Convenient washer and dryer are available free of charge. This space is perfect for business travelers, solo adventurers, couples retreat. The space “The Loft at Lederach” is the perfect getaway while visiting friends or family in town, or passing through Pennsylvania. The Loft is only 4 miles from Spring Mountain Ski Adventures. Other things to note There are two designated parking spots that should be open near the entrance of the Loft. You may park in the spot that says “Reserved” closest to the airbnb. It is for you to use. Please be patient as the Piano Bar is a new establishment and will occupy many of the parking places in the evening.
