Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to the community's (unheated) outdoor pool, two gas grills in the central area near the pool, and a washer/dryer. Things to Know The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. The speed limit is 5 MPH on the grounds. There are children’s games, toys, books, and dinnerware available. The pool is not heated; it is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. High-speed internet is perfect for working from home and streaming. The Community Laundry Room is shared and the machines are coin operated. Please bring quarters to operate the machines. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
