Welcome to the home of the World Famous Honkey the Donkey! Our home is located on 25 acres, and is home our pet miniature donkey, Honkey, as well as goats, dogs, barn kitties, and horse companions that all LOVE to meet new people! You can also get your fill of all the local wineries, breweries, and scenery the hill country has to offer. If you are looking for a place to unwind, take in the beauty of the hill country, and still be within 45 minutes of downtown Austin, this is the place for you! The space You have access to approximately 24 acres of our property. The home has wifi, satellite tv, full kitchen, a loft (with queen mattress), 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. In addition to the animals outside, there is a firepit, charcoal grill, hammocks for stargazing, cornhole, and sitting areas where you can take in the beautiful hill country. There is a main house situated on roughly 1 acre of the property and includes a pool. You do not have access to the pool or main house area, but it is available for rent through Airbnb as well. It sleeps 12. We do have pool access available next door to the property from 10AM-6PM. You must contact us to get access. There are lots of animals on the property that include Honkey the Donkey, his new companion, Daisy Donkey, pygmy and boar goats, Jessie the horse, and Honey the Horse.
