She's neutered and extremely friendly! She often prefers the outdoors and is occasionally in the house. Other things to note We are within close walking distance of a riverfront parks, downtown dining, shopping and attractions. Footsteps away, inside the house, is the outside upper balcony. Early risers can greet the sunrise and watch barges ply their way up and down the river. You can watch the moon as it rises and glistens off the river.
