Billy’s Beach Retreat is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland Villages & the various local markets. It is about 400m (5mins) walk to the beach and about 10mins walk to restaurants, shops and Coolum Surf Club The home is well appointed and comfortable with the kitchen and living area recently renovated.There is a large patio area off the living room with an adjustable folding arm awning. Alternatively, you can relax under the large umbrella at the front of the house where you can enjoy an ocean view. For your entertainment there’s a Hisense Smart TV with Foxtel connected. There’s also a range of games, books and DVD’s. The yard is fully fenced, where your pets can enjoy the flat lawn or explore the small natural bush area at the back of the house. Pets are allowed inside but we ask that they be kept off the lounge and beds. Stumer’s Creek is a popular local off leash beach where they can swim in either the still water or surf. The off leash area extends for 1km either side of the creek. Billy’s is a peaceful destination for all to enjoy with access to all amenities.
