Picnic area, BBQ grills dropped off at your door with charcoal/lighter fluid, fire pits/with wood provide, hammocks... and so much more. Bring nothing - we have it all! The space We provide everything you need to make your stay in Eureka Springs special. Missing Something? We'll get it. You have a single spacious room with two beds and a full bath (see amenities). There is a nice porch where you can enjoy a nice afternoon or conversation with friends. You will also find ample private parking. Massive gathering common areas seldom seen this close to downtown for small or large groups to enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to almost all of the property. We have large outdoor common areas guest are free to use. Guest units are very private, with private porches and their own parking. Management does not intervene with guest's use of the property. Truly a home away from home. During your stay Management is always available and accessible to guests.but never intrusive. We have a phone at the office exclusively for guest use that dials directly to the staff. Other things to note Please note that flammables of any kind are not allowed in our units - including candles!!! For this reason electronic candles with a switch on the bottom have been provide in some units. Please DO NOT attempt to light them. This destroys them. Your credit card will be charged for damages if you attempt to light these! We have soda pop machine and ice machine on site. Late "check-in": For anyone arriving later than 7PM. There is a late "check-in" box at the office. You can receive you key and instructions there and let yourself into your cabin. Owners can always be reached by phone for assistance.
