The local beach is only a short 450 metre walk and is located near Anderson's Inlet and in walking distance to the surf beach via the waters edge. The property has plenty to offer with a separate living and dining area, kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. There are FIVE bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (main bathroom includes a lovely large bath tub), 4 toilets, an outdoor heated shower, large outdoor under cover decked area with a BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs which is perfect for al fresco dining. Games room: There is also a separate detached games room great for the whole family to enjoy with an 8 x 4 slate billiard table, dartboard, books, games, DVD"s and CD's, as well as a bar fridge. The property has ample heating and cooling i.e. split system (reverse cycle) and ducted gas heating, ceiling fans and the added feature of an open fireplace to relax by in the colder months.
