Upstairs is a loft with sitting area (sofa bed) TV, DVD and a bed 120. You have a small courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue, you can park your car easily in front of the housing. Nearby, ie 800m lies the village of Artigues de Lussac where you can find our merchants, baker, butcher and grocer and a tennis court. We are located 12 km from Saint Emilion, medieval city and famous for its wine, Bordeaux 35km and 90km from the Atlantic Ocean.
