State Land across the street. Close to AuSable and Rifle Rivers and Clear Lake. Minimum age is 25 The space House is not baby or child proof. 2 flights of stairs (1 to basement, 1 to loft). No handrails or gates for the stairs. You can take off on ORV’s right from the driveway. It is in the woods/country. No wi-fi available. 6 guests max occupancy Garden tub jets are NOT operational. Cabin is located in the middle of 17 wooded acres in the country. You may see or come in contact with ticks, ants, mice, flies, stink bugs, deer, turkey, chipmunks, squirrels and any other critters that lives in our woods. I have a charcoal grill (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided) If you will be enjoying the rivers please bring some extra towels for that.
