Charming house is located right on Catfish Lake w/ a Western exposure (beautiful sunsets!). This is a quiet area with a large yard for the kids, 2 private decks and a dock for a boat. Winter months: pond hockey, snowmobiling and ice fishing. Summer months: biking, fishing, boating, ATV rentals/trails & hiking trails begin only a 10 min drive to the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. 10 mins to downtown/restaurants/shops. Garage is available. Small "guest" house is not available for use. The space 2 king beds, 2 double beds, 6 twin beds, 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen table seats up to 14. Housewares galore from cake stands, serving platters to bottle openers, wine decanter, coffee machine, its all there. The first floor has a Maine air conditioning unit and the second-floor bedrooms all have room or window air conditioners as well! Guest access Entire home is for your use-washer dryer, detergent provided! There is a fire pit w/colorful adirondack chairs for guest use, please bring your own firewood. Other things to note Quiet time starts at 10 p.m. PLEASE honor this and don't disturb the neighbors. Gargabe pick up day is Thursday morning around 5 a.m.-please don't park in front of the garbage/recycling bins and make sure to get your trash out and in the bins on time.
